JOB LOCATION: Above post are for Customer location .Tentative sites of postings are: Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, Port-Blair, North-East States, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh or any other location across India. In the event of selection, candidates must be willing to work in any location as decided by BEL
Qualification & Experience for BEL Vacancies 2022:
Trainee Engineer-I : B.E/B.Tech/B.SC (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognized University/ Institution/ College with 55% & above for GEN/ EWS/ OBC
candidates & Pass Class for SC/ ST/ PwBD Candidates.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.11.2022: Minimum 01 years of relevant post qualification industrial work experience (full time).
Project Engineer-I : B.E/B.Tech/B.sc (4 year course) Engineering degree in relevant discipline from recognized University/ Institution/ College with 55% & above for GEN/ EWS/ OBC candidates & Below
55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD Candidates.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.11.2022: Minimum 02 years of relevant post qualification industrial work experience (full time).
Salary:
Trainee Engineer-I: Consolidated remuneration p.m.

Age Limit:
Upper Age Limit in years. (As on 01/11/2022):
Trainee Engineer – I: The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.
Project Engineer – I: The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.
i.) The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟
relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
ii.) SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.
Application Fees:
Trainee Engineer-I:
- General/OBC/EWS Candidates: Rs.150/- + 18% GST
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Nil
Project Engineer-I:
- General/OBC/EWS Candidates: Rs.400/- + 18% GST
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Nil

Selection Procedure:
i.) Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
ii.) Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
iii.) The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company‟s website.
