At the time of Interview the candidates shall bring the Originals plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, Educational qualification certificates/mark sheets from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience Certificate (if any), Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate/Admit Card), Caste/Category certificate (In case of SC, ST, OBC & EWS candidate, in updated Govt. of India format) must be submitted, 02 recent passport size photographs.
THE CANDIDATES SHOULD REPORT BETWEEN 09:30 – 10:30 AM FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AT ACADEMIC BLOCK 2ND FLOOR OF ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC MEDICAL COLLAGE, JOKA.
CANDIDATES REPORTING BEYOND 10:30 A.M FOR INTERVIEW SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
