Qualification & Experience for Kala Academy Goa Vacancies 2022:
1. Post Graduate degree in Composition or Orchestral Direction or Conducting or Instrumentation from renowned University identified by Kala Academy with a minimum attendance of 5 years.
OR
Post Graduate Degree from any recognized university abroad or Conservatory accepted by Kala Academy in any of the instruments taught in the Western Music section of Kala Academy with a minimum attendance of 5 years.
OR
Local Examination of FTCL/FRSM with minimum theory i.e Diploma (Associate Theory-ABRSM/TCL) Degree in Arts or equivalent from any recognized University.
2. Should have proven track records in performance, leadership skills, networking and innovation in teaching (staff & students) as well as having a particular vision for the future of this institution.
3. Teaching experience of 3 years.
4. Certificate of fifteen years residence in Goa.
5. Knowledge of Konkani.
Salary:
Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level- 11.
Age Limit:
Not exceeding 45 years. (Relaxable for Government servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government.
