Responsibilities

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required skills & qualifications
· Good communication in Hindi & English and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
