Education Qualification in HRRL Recruitment 2022:
| Engineering | 4-years full time regular engineering course with minimum 60% marks (aggregate of all semesters/ years) for UR/ OBC NC/ EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. Minimum 03 years post qualification relevant work experience. |
| Finance | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50% marks. Minimum 01 year post qualification work experience in the field(s) of Finance/ Accounts/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting/ Auditing etc. |

Selection Procedure For Vacancies in HRRL Recruitment 2022:
E1 and E2 (except Finance): Computer Based Test and/ or resume shortlisting, Group Task,Moot Court (only for Legal position), Interview, etc.
E1 (Finance): Computer Based Test will not be conducted for Finance position. Candidates will be called for Group Task and/or Personal Interview based on CA Final Examination marks.
